The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for San Diego County. Radar estimates 0.50 to 1.00 inch per hour rainfall rates. Rainfall rates of this magnitude have the potential to cause flooding, mud or rock slides, and debris flow without warning. Do not attempt to drive or walk through flooded areas.
